As founder and CEO of Third Quarter Advisers, Tony channels more than 30 years of sales and managerial experience to help lead, inspire and guide professionals through the challenges of running a dynamic organization. Additionally, he is an author and speaker.
Kristan has specialized in the practice management arena in the financial services industry since 1999. She is highly experienced in researching, developing, training and speaking nationwide on value-added financial services programs to financial advisor, wholesaler and investor audiences. While her passion is the female investor, she has coached and trained top financial advisors and advisory teams on a myriad of practice management topics including branding, high-net-worth relationship management and building connection with clients and prospects. Kristan is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™) and has been published in industry trade publications, including Advisor Perspectives, Fundfire, Advisor One and RIABiz.
Dr. Jim Juriga
Jim is a proven leader, operator, coach and business owner in multiple industries. His achievements have been acquired from being coached and taught by some of the greatest minds in higher education, medicine, football and business. He uses his skills to coach leaders on team building, high level performance, customer engagement and operational efficiencies.
Shane is COO and head of special projects for Third Quarter Advisers. Shane has lead multiple private family offices and run two different multi-brand consumer products conglomerates focused on the outdoor lifestyle and sporting goods markets. Shane specializes in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, retail, multi-generational companies, infrastructure creation, and brand revitalization of consumer goods and services companies.
Karen is the lead keynote presenter for Third Quarter Advisers. She has nearly 20 years experience as a national keynote speaker, trainer and financial professional consultant, as well as a ‘Million Dollar Round Table’ speaker. Karen has an enthusiastic and engaging approach. Her diverse experience is throughout multi-dimensional platforms: executive management, wealth teams, broker-dealers, banks, independent advisory services, insurance and client appreciation and prospecting events.
Louis A. Holland, Jr.
Louis is a private equity partner, angel investor, business management and sales consultant and nationally recognized speaker. He coaches and speaks on high level performance, business plan review, presentation skills, and setting up a private family office. He is an advocate for higher education and ending Alzheimer’s disease.
